A seat is any employee whose browser has the Unbound extension installed and active. Seats are counted by unique user identity (email) regardless of how many devices they use. You can deactivate seats at any time; they do not roll over to new employees within the same plan period.
We offer a 14-day proof-of-concept for qualified teams. During the PoC, we deploy on up to 10 employees and walk through real detection output with your security team. Contact us to arrange a PoC session.
Prompt content sent to our classification API is processed for detection purposes and is not retained after the inspection result is returned. Metadata (category detected, action taken, timestamp, user identity) is stored in your event log. We do not retain prompt text after classification completes.
