This Cookie Notice explains how Unbound Security, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on getnubound.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Unbound is an inline AI data-loss prevention product. This notice applies to the getnubound.com marketing website only. The browser extension that Unbound deploys in enterprise customer environments operates under the terms of your organization's service agreement, not under this notice.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device, store preferences, and measure usage. We also use related technologies such as local storage.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. The analytics cookies we use are anonymised and do not identify individual visitors by name. We do not share analytics data with advertising networks.

Because this is a notice-only model, strictly necessary cookies are set on page load; non-essential cookies may also fire unless you have opted out.
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable state law requires (for example, under California's CPRA, and the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon), we honour browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories. Because we do not sell personal information or use targeted advertising cookies, GPC signals effectively mean we suppress any analytics initialisation for that browser session.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third parties acting as our service providers (for example, self-hosted analytics infrastructure). We have agreements with such providers limiting their use of data to operating the Service on our behalf. We do not permit third-party service providers to use data they collect through getnubound.com for their own independent purposes.
